    dear Techarena community,

I biught my new Vaio 2009 two monthes ago however, I am getting this
error since two to three days. Whenever I try opening back and restore
point, it takes forever to load and then freezes so,I go to windows task
manager and close it, an error appears and it says windows explorer
encountered a problem so it restarts it (only flashes and doesnt
shutdown) and it reports the problem.

Im not quite sure whats going on, I will try to ask the vaio team to
figure it out but I thought I come for the best first so can anyone help
    me?

I dont have any outside, unapproved what so ever programs, only
microsoft updates and a few games like two or three so whats the
    problem.

    thanks

You might want to run system recovery while it's still new.

Keep a detail journal of changes you make to the system, so you have
something to refer to when you come across this or other problems.

Details should include date and time, reasons for change, what you "think"
it's suppose to do or write down "not sure what this does, but we'll find
    out"

If you write down what you "think" it does, then verify it and write down
    how you checked.

Also write down error messages and unexplained events.

This will not only help us help you, but it may help you troubleshoot your
own problems by going back and taking a look at your notes.

You have some sort of virus\malware. Do a thorough scan with your Anti Virus and
    then run the following

    SuperAntiSpyware

    MalwareBytes

Go through these general malware removal steps systematically -

Include scanning with David Lipman's Multi_AV and follow instructions to do
all scans in Safe Mode. Please see the special Notes regarding using
    Multi_AV in Vista.
