When I go to change the permissions, it shows this box asking re-name or some group here! I'm confused about what to replace! what for example would I type in here?

I do this so rarely. Go back to the window showing the Group or user name box.
    Click Add
Type in your user name (the one you're using on the computer you're using)
Click Check name - it should come back with your computer name and your user name. It'll be similar to
    hplaptop\John
Click OK and acknowledge what ever windows come up until you're out of there.

Been trying to change and find administration or ownership control on those files, but no matter what I do It does not recognize any names or anything, I put in! I don't know if this is any help but on the advanced click, it shows full control over what looks like all of the categories? Image included below.

OK, let's backtrack for a moment. Can you post a screen shot of the Users folder showing all the users? I just want to make sure you're getting into the right user account.

Thanks, You're looking in the John folder. It's pretty obvious. So nothing confusing there. I'm sure you checked the other folders.

What seems odd, is that when I click on some Sub folders inside the John Folder, there are things in them! Like the Video folder! It has all of my stored Video's! I also notice there is not a My Pictures folder inside the John Folder, only inside the Public Folder and that Pictures folder, shows as Empty?

Well I'm glad you see your videos now.

When you're in the Johns folder ,check the One Drive folder for your pictures. Also check the Documents folder. Your pictures could be in either of those.

Given that your user account is still there along with your video, then that is very unlikely.

Do a jpg search on that whole drive, instead of your user account or the folders within it. If you still can't find the jpgs, then post a screen shot of file explorer that shows all the drives.

Just a couple of thoughts here - is there another hard drive in that computer? Could the files be on that other hard drive?
Also, sometimes the hard drive is partitioned and the files are on another partition. When you plugged that hard drive into the working computer, were there more than one partition? There's usually a recovery partition and a partition for Windows and user files. Sometimes there's another partition for data.

Only One Hard drive on that PC, and when I put it into the another PC, it did basically the same thing as in the original PC, It kept trying to boot itself, but could not! I saw nothing about separate partitions! .... And I'm Sorry! but I'm not exactly sure what you mean by a file explorer screenshot of the drives?

I just put the Hard drive back into the working PC, and turned it on again, and here is what it does, then it finally goes to that second screen!

You should not have put that hard drive back into it's original computer. As we have been discussing (and especially with your last attached files), there is a very good chance that your hard drive is failing. As such, any attempt in trying to load Windows or "fix" things on the hard drive, may very well end up with you losing all of your personal data.

Make sure the working computer is shut down, then connect the hard drive to it. Start up the computer and post a screen shot of what File Explorer sees. File Explorer is the program that shows you all the folders and files on your computer, as well as the hard drives and external devices such as USB flash drives and external hard drives. File Explorer can be accessed by clicking on the yellow folder in your Taskbar, or typing "File Explorer" in the search box at the lower left corner of your screen. I've included a screenshot of my File Explorer as an example.

Is the problem drive connected to the working computer with a USB cable? If so, that problem drive should be drive F, and it looks like that H drive may be a partition of the working computer's hard drive. Were you looking in drive F or H?

To positively confirm that you are looking for your files on the correct hard drive, then shut down your computer and unplug the problem drive. Turn the computer back on and go back into File Explorer. Whatever drive is no longer in File Explorer will be your external that you need to backup your data from.

Sorry for the Late reply! The Corrupted Hard drive is plugged into a Dock with a USB cable, it is definitely Disk H! I have confirmed this in several ways, including disconnecting and reconnecting the USB cord from the HD Dock. The only thing that is troubling me! is that when I open H drive, I see the Users Files, I click on that! then I see Johns Files, and those are the definitely the files! But when I open Johns, I see listed, My Videos, My Music, ...But "NO MY PICTURES" this is what's very strange to me! ..Where has that category File gone? Also when I open Videos, or Music, the files are there! ..so apparently permissions is not the issue either! I'm not sure what to do at this point! Is there any third party program available for locating Photos hidden on a Hard drive?

You pictures are normally in your user directory along with your Documents, Videos, Music, Downloads, etc. They could have been moved. There is a way to tell Windows to move those directories somewhere else.

If indeed Windows was instructed to move those files somewhere else, you need to find them That's what Seth was helping you do. If they can't be found, it's time to take it to a trusted computer tech to see if he/she can find them. If the files can't be found, then it's time for a disk recovery service.

What is that USB30FD (F) drive? Is it a USB flash drive?

What happened when I asked you to check the One Drive folder for your pictures? Also check the Documents folder. The Pictures folder could be in either of those, or somewhere else on the drive. If you've done that, and are sure that H is your external drive, then run a jpg search on the whole H drive to find out exactly where those pictures are.
