Gracious, I was just reading your Thread about having such slow speed and hope your Provider can do something quickly - must be horribly frustrating to have this problem!

And please do let us know how you're getting on - because if the Provider doesn't have the solution, I can honestly promise you that our Experts here truly care and are most patient working with us step by step until a solution is found. And you need never worry about knowing the 'right' terms to use either - nope, when they started to help me I literally sometimes had to use terms such as "the thingie that's just left of the _____" - and somehow they would work through it and ta da, a solution would be found!

Yup, we're a group of caring people here with a sense of humour and true understanding of just how frustration computer woes can be and everyone is welcome - newbie or expert alike!
