    It's lovely to have you here with us hummingbird - and I saw that you've listed your computer experience as 'total novice'. I have a special place in my heart for those of us just learning the magic (and sometimes frustration :)) of using a computer - so if you have an questions or problems, this really is a great place to be.

    Now matter how "small" the problem may be or the number of questions, our experts are always happy to help - and please remember you are ever so welcome to join in any existing Thread in either the computer sections or our Community Lounge area, as well.

    Please remember that we were all once Total Novice's, and after spending thousand's on computer support and repair we learnt that alot of the time its quiet easy to solve the problem ourselve's just knowing how.

    and thats what this Forum is about free Computer support ;) all you need to be able to do is follow simple written instructions and we will be able to fix most issue's
