Hi and a most sincere welcome to our Computer Help Forums, harboguy!

Rotten luck to have the Adobe Reader causing woes after downloading a file - but I'm sure our Experts will be able to solve the problem. That's one of the nicest things about our site - all the members truly care and have infinite patience helping others :)

Please know you are ever so welcome to pop into any of the other existing Threads with your comments or simply start another at any time - so hope you enjoy your time here and I'm looking forward to ready your posts.

    Kind thoughts,
    Mara
