    Running HP laptop with Vista Home Premium, 64 bit. When trying to start a
    game in pogo.com, the game window pops open, but never completes loading.
    The error text follows:

    "Webpage error details

    "User Agent: Mozilla/4.0 (compatible; MSIE 8.0; Windows NT 6.0; WOW64;
    Trident/4.0; Mozilla/4.0 (compatible; MSIE 6.0; Windows NT 5.1; SV1) ;
    SLCC1; .NET CLR 2.0.50727; Media Center PC 5.0; .NET CLR 3.5.30729; .NET CLR
    3.0.30729) Timestamp: Wed, 10 Jun 2009 23:37:44 UTC

    Message: 'Image' is undefined Line: 15 Char: 3 Code: 0 URI:

    Details ends. In looking at source for the page, line 15 is blank.

    At same time, my wife's computer running 32 bit Vista Home Premium works
    fine. Up till last night, so did mine. Windows automatic updates installed
    some fixes overnight, though I have no idea where to start to see if one or
    more of the fixes broke my game loading.

    Any help will be greatly appreciated.

    I went to the link you provided using IE 8.0. It initially said I did not
    have Java installed. I tried Firefox 3.5 beta99 and it saids Game
    loading... for a little while. Then after a few mins had gone by while I'm
    typing this it changed/loaded another page and also said I did not have Java
    installed. It seems to be trying convince me I need to load Sun's Java.

    I hit back button to Loading Game... I can see Board /Card/Puzzle/Word... It
    bring up a registration screen if I click on any of the game type.

    Whatever is going on, it's seems to be the webpage. I don't think it's
    Windows Vista or IE 8.0.

    I didn't get the Java messages. Running IE 8 with SP2, the window just
    kept sdaying "Game Loading".

    Thanks for your reply.
