Vista Tweaks: How to?

Hi all,

I would like to do two tweaks on my Vista.

The first one is:

How to create a shortcut to ALT+TAB instead of the standard Flip 3D?

And, there is a way to speed up the delay time of the taskbar thumbnail
previews? I've read several tutorials that says to edit the "HoverMouse
Time" in regedit.exe, but unfortunately didn't work.

I am using Home Premium 64bits.

Make them bigger or smaller, smaller is faster
