Is it possible to increase the width of the sidebar, so I can add more
    gadgets?

    thx.

Not to my knowledge. Carefully consider your priorities and remove the less
desireable ones. I had to go through those decision processes a couple of
weeks ago. I was placing the Weather gadgets for the major cities (14) that
we would pass through on a riverboat cruise from Vienna, Austria to
Amsterdam, The Netherlands. I was glad to see that I will have to take more
clothing than I wear here in Las Vegas, Nevada. I will simply restore the
    old ones when I return.

things tha tare just... like that palm Pilot, total useless aste of cilicon

If you ridicule everyone with every post, it becomes dull.
You must learn to selectively post stupid comments.

And learn to type...take 30 seconds to look it over before clicking send.

    Just a thought

What you could do is move or add your gadgets to the desktop.

    - Right-click the gadget you want to detach, and then click Detach
    from Sidebar.
    - 'Drag'
    (mshelp://windows/?id=a02f310e-c1c4-4bc9-8706-4d0aadd51b6d#gtmt_gls_drag_def)
the gadget to the location you want on the desktop.

One man's crapware is another man's useful gizmo, sonny. And another thing:
If your first language is other than English, I forgive you. If it is
English, go back to school and take some remedial classes. While you're at
    it, take remedial typing, too.

No, you can't... but if you have more gadgets than that can be displayed at
once, you can use the arrows at the top to scroll left or right.

It has already been spotted, globally.

But thanks for pointing it out.

I suggest drinking more because you can still type.
