When installing service pack 2, I get to the "Please read the license terms".
The "Next" key at the bottom is not available for selecting ... it is grayed
out. All I can do from this point is select cancel. I downloaded
Windows6.0-KB948465-X64.exe. I have a 64-bit computer and am running Windows
Vista Home Premium Version 6.0 (Build 6001: Service Park 1)
Can you please tell me what I'm doing wrong?
    Thanks

I do not specifically remember but can you not scroll to the bottom of the
license terms screen and it possibly may give you the choice there.. just my
    3 cents

  3. is there a radiobutton which says "Agree" , "Accept" or something to that
effect? If after reading License you agree, select that radiobutton, are
    you saying it;s missing?

You probably have to scroll through the terms (even if you don't
read them) before the button becomes enabled.

Sorry. I don't need any help from you. I'd like to see you become
civilized first. I'll bet you can't do it. You are just a troll.

No, the OP did not say the "Agree" or "Accept" button was greyed out.

Kelly: "The "Next" key at the bottom is not available for selecting ... it
    is grayed out."

Nor did the OP mention an Agree or Accept selection.

What Mark is suggesting is that while Kelly noticed the greyed out "Next"
and active "Cancel" buttons on the lower right of the window, perhaps he
missed the "Accept" or "Agree" radio button (or check-box), which is
normally situated on the lower left of the window. If there is one, the
"Next" will not become active until the radio-button is picked or the
    check-box is checked.

Drew and Nil's advice are also good. Sometimes that check-box doesn't
appear until you've scrolled the text. Other times, the "Next" will only
become active after scrolling the text.
