Yes, I know this is not a major problem, not even a problem worth
fussing over, but its just an annoyance I would like to get rid of.
Everytime I boot up windows vista to the login screen, it displays there
error "incorrect password" or something along the lines of that. I just
want to know if there is a way to get rid of this? I am the admin, I
even tried setting up another account to see if the results were the
same, and I still get the error. Any quick fixes to this?

How do you get into windows if its constantly showing incorrect password ?
Maybe run net user to see a list of accounts ... maybe something you
    haven't thought of shows up.
    net help user for help

Possibly : If you're not already, maybe run NetPLWiz
