Video download speed

    I am running Vista Home Premium. For whatever reason it takes a long time to
    download a video and onces it starts it stops and starts, I guess trying to
    catch up to the download. Is there a fix for my problem. I am running high
    speed Comcast. This problem just started about a week ago and don't know of
    any changes with my PC. It was running fine. Did a LiveOne tuneup but no help.

    You might want to check your connection speed occasionally...

    What are your download speeds?
