I'm using Mac keyboard, which places Command/Windows key in place of Alt
key on regular keyboards. Is there a way to switch Alt and Windows keys
    in Vista?

  2. I'm afraid the answer is 'No'.
At least not with Microsoft tools.
You may search for some third party utilities.

You can switch or turn off any keys you want with a third-party
utility like the free SharpKeys at

There is a utility in the resouce kit (remapkey.exe) which will do the
trick. I don't think there was a specific resource kit for Vista, but
I've used the windows server 2003 version on my windows 7 installation
    and it worked perfectly.
