When I 'Pin' a particular program to the Start Menu, instead of displaying
the normal icon for the program as seen in explorer Vista sp2 displays a
generic icon in the start menu. When I right click it and select
    'Properties'
there isn't a button to 'Change Icon'.

    Any way to fix this??
