Service pack 2 HELP!!!

    Downloaded the new sp2 yesterday..now having problems

    1..pc will not shut down ..just hangs saying shutting down

    2. wont system restore..wipes out all s.r points..only leaves sp2 restore
    point and that says
    failed when tried..

    3.. worst problem is my two large format printers now with problems..
    seem to print ok then pc loses connection with them 20% through the print
    process..
    its as if the virtual printer ports just don't exist anymore..

    HELP!!!
