Samsung 4521 Printer Problems

    Hello,

    i am using a new computer with Vista and also purchased new samsung multi function. but my new printer is not ready to work with my pc I have tried everything, nothing to do: "ERROR - PRINTING IN PROGRESS"
    but damn it's crazy!

    Hi Tekle, assuming you loaded the printers software off a disk provided ?

    have you checked your new printer has been set as the default printing device?

    Start > Control Panel > Hardware and Sound > Devices and Printers

    your New printer should be shown there with a Tick (Check) mark by it.

    You also need to install any software BEFORE you connect the printer, when you run the wizard on the software it will tell you when you can plug the printer in and configure etc

    One other question. Is the Samsung Printer attached by WiFi (wireless) or is it USB connected?
