    Control Panel\System and Maintenance\Backup and Restore Center

    In the left panel, click Repair Windows

    One warning: on my computer System Restore takes forever (3 or 4 minutes)
    to start, and during that time, nothing seems to be happening. You just
    have to wait...and wait...

    Some others on this newsgroup have reported the same problem.
