Reregistering Sidebar DLL's

    My adult daughter's sidebar gadgets will disappear. If I close the sidebar
    and restart it, I will get the "Windows cannot start the sidebar" error and
    the sidebar will not restart. I can get her sidebar back only if I register
    msxml3.dll, scrrun.dll and jscript.dll. Can anyone tell me why I have to
    reregister these DLL's and if there's anything I can do to prevent the
    situation from occurring again? Thanks
