    im having problem i do surveys i noticed i have to click refresh a lot to get to next page i have to do it a lot and it happens on all browsers

    The root cause for this could be a bad java script file which stops the page from rendering. This can be resolved by clearing cache in the browser and/or resetting the browser. It also could be caused by a extension in your browser, although you did say it was in all browsers. If you run Firefox you can run that in safe mode which will turn off all the extensions so you could see if that works.
