Quite the FUD'ster aren't ya. I call bull**** on your FUD. My, and many
others, AcerOne Net Books and the like run just fine with Linux,
particularly Ubuntu. Are you getting paid per FUD post or something? I
call BS on your posts. Oh, and "since the beginning?" What a crock that
is. GREAT strides have taken place "since the beginning." A "general"
user has a MUCH better experience now than a few years ago, as well as
much better compatibility. I have installed different Linux Distros on
client's computers according to their needs, and ALL of them are happily
using it. Some time ago, only people with high tech abilities could use
the OS, but that time has come and gone. Linux is very user friendly
these days, and my clients usage proves that point to me. Furthermore,
you and others blame Linux for some incompatibilities that has NOTHING
to do with Linux. Blame the HARDWARE VENDORS for not suppling either
drivers or the specs so drivers can be written. But of course when
spreading FUD, one will not put the blame where it belongs.

MS Windows has it's place, but so does Linux now. I find that BOTH OS's
have their weirdness, and problems. Not one or the other is better in my
findings. I use them together for my needs. Yep, I get the best of BOTH
worlds, not being biased towards one or the other. How juvenile of you
and others trying to promote one or the other OSs. They both have their
places in the computing world. "Use them together, use them in peace." ;-)

    G'day
