    EXACTLY THE SAME PROBLEM..
    I CANT SEEM TO FIND A SOLUTION!
    @ FRANSIS, I CANT FIND -control panel > display >adjust desktop colour
    settings- IN VISTA!
    TRIED A LOT BUT THE PROBLEM STILL REMAINS!
