    Mick is Right, when F-lock is off you cannot start to safe mode, so
    thanks to him and every1 who try to help to comunity.

    1-Press start
    2-Press the arrow next to lock
    3-press to restart
    4-After computer shut down, press the F8 hold or contuniously tap it.
    5-Safe mode is open
    6-Press safe mode to open your computer or press any other option to
    solve your problem, but still you will be on safe mode.
