    Thanks to mick and everyone who try to help. my F-lock is on the
    right side of the keyboard, and i unlocked it and my problem is
    solved.. thank you.

  2. The F-lock key may start Windows7 in Safe Mode, but it's more efficient to
    use:

    a) Condom while using Windows7
    b) Helmet while browsing Web at high speeds.
    c) Reboot & Repent periodically.
