    I've had the same problem. I never could get the printer to work and it
    disabled my PC. I had to uninstall the printer drivers and restore my
    computer.

    Mine installed problem-free the first time, and is still going strong.

    Mine installed perfectly to both Vista Ultimate and Vista Home Premium, as
    well as XP Pro and XP Home. No issues and it is a fast "cheap" laser
    printer.
