It's not legal anyway to make unauthorized usage of copywrite material.
If the maker forbids such usage, then it is forbidden.
You live in a country of thieves that doesn't enforce the law.

Hey, I've read a little on that.
Apparently, Spain is a harborer of pirates for just such stupid clauses.
The lawyers of the music/movie industry simply need to show a profit is made
by the pirate illegally obtaining the material.
If you obtain a movie that retails for 20 bucks, by downloading it for free,
you made a profit.
I hope some lawyer reads this.
Spain sucks.
Bunch of gypsies live there, so its no wonder.
