    I tried to reply to your reply but it did not work several times so I'm
    posting this new post but it is actually a reply to earlier post!

    I rebooted my machine and got to see the disc and installed the software but
    now it gives error message:
    -Check online for a solution and close the program
    -Close the program

    How about contacting their tech support with the issue you posted here?

    Also, do you have latest drivers installed? Antivirus software? Current
    and virus definitions up to date?

    Just a start.
