    If you're an oldie or can't be bothered to spend a huge amount
    of time researching freeware programs for this/that, a CD at
    $20 packed with 700MB of free stuff might look like a good deal,
    especially if you're told it's "The Best of The Best" as "selected
    and voted for by the expert folks on <alt.comp.freeware>".
