My windows vista is a nightmare I get the freezing too

Right now its trying to open this thread but it shows me the first post of each of the 3 pages I can see anything below the first post on and at the bottom it says transferring data from computerhelpforums.net and its had this message since I before I started this reply.

If I walk away from my computer I lose my desktop and my monitor says no signal and nothing will bring it back except holding the power button for about 10 seconds to turn the machine of and then when it comes back on it takes a few minutes to reload my desktop and restores it to where I was when I walked away not like in safe mode.

If I play a DVD when I try to exit windows media player my machine gets a blue screen and what I see in the flash before it goes black is windows has encountered a problem and must close to protect ........blah blah blah and something about a crash dump then the machine turns off. It restarts by itself and asks if I want to start in safe mode as it was not shut properly last time.

This is going to lead me to drink I cant take this mess, is it vista? Because Firefox and IE also crash on their own daily.

Hi and sorry to here from you again in this section.

have you managed to get your problem sorted with the fan's?

can you give us some specs on your machine,

Motherboard, CPU, RAM (make and amount would help), Graphics card, and what size HDD you have.

if you don't have this info, just say and we can help you find out.

also have you been intouch with the people that upgraded your machine?
