I am using vista and would like to take an mp3 file that was sent me as
an attachment and place it in my itunes folder. What are the steps
    necessary to do so. Thanks

save the mp3 file to your hard drive, open iTunes, press Ctrl-O, choose
the mp3 file from the drive and press "Open" button.

How to do it depends slightly on what e-mail client you use, but in
general, right-click the attachment and choose Save As. Select
whatever folder you want to save it in, itunes or anything else.
