Prevent "- Shortcut" in Vista?

{Using WinV Home Premium with all updates etc in place}

Is there a way to prevent WinV from adding "- Shortcut" when I
right-click on a file name and create a shortcut (.lnk) to it? I've
installed the paid-for version of TweakVi and used it to get rid of
the arrows to links on desktop icons but if that program contains a
way to prevent the addition of "- Shortcut" I can't find it.

How do I prevent "- Shortcut" in .lnk file names in Vista?

On the free version of Tweak VI , Visual Tweaks on left side of screen,
Desktop tweaks and settings, ... on right side of screen, desktop tweaks and
settings tab there is Remove "Shortcut to..." on new shortcuts checkbox in
the upper right block of checkboxes (above the Remove arrow...

Don't know if the paid version is similar but I would assume it is. Hope
this helps.
