Hi Bong - glad to have another fellow Canadian join us here! :)

Just read your post and oh dear, do try not to feel badly - it's ever so hard for many of us, not just a 'total novice', to know which computer programs are technically 'good or bad to use - and I'm sure your problem will be worked on as soon as possible.

In the interim, please know you are welcome here and do feel free to pop into any of the existing Threads, both in the computer sections or in our Community Lounge area - or just start another of your own.

Again, welcome to you Bong and I do hope you enjoy your time here with us!

    Mara
