Hello, I'm having errors and bluescreens with my computer recently.
Sometimes it will run and operate normally, others it will stop running
applications, and give a bluescreen then shutdown. From reading others
posts I have learned I need to give a description and a dump file, so I
hope I can do both correctly. If any solutions posted please give
specific directions, I am pretty good with the operating system, but
fixing problems can be troublesome for me. Thanks

    Problem Event Name: BlueScreen
    OS Version: 6.0.6001.2.1.0.256.6

In Control Panel choose Problem Reports and Solutions (type problem in
Start's searchbox), go to Problem History, right click your error and choose
Check For Solution. You can also examine the details.

In Administrative Tools choose Reliability and Performance Monitor and
choose MonitoringTools then Reliability Monitor (type Reliability in search
on Start) . This list a chart of software installs, uninstalls, Windows
updates, and crashes. See if your crashes started happening after you
    installed or uninstalled something.

Also test memory with Memory Diagnostics (type memory in Start's search
    box).

Your dump file points to fileinfo.sys.

    Run
    chkdsk c: /r
