Afternoon everybody. Looking for an explanation as to why my dual fuel statements will not print from the provider's website. I have no problem with my printer in any other respect. When I challenged my gas/electricity provider on this subject they said there should be no problem printing the statements but I feel there is something they are doing to prevent the information printing out. Am I wrong?
    Thank you all.

P.S. While tryin to print the information, the printer goes through the motion and makes all the right noises but all I get is a blank page.

Try another browser and see if you have the same issue.

Thank you, Tony D. Just as a matter of interest I decided to print from the beginning of their statement i.e. page 1. You guessed it. Page 1, the introductory page with my name and address etc. printed out OK but I then selected page 2 but got a blank page.

Poke around on the page, as some websites will have their own print option.
