I'm not too sure, as we recently changed to Xenofo from IPB, but we previously had some spammers trying to harass members using the PM system so we introduced a minimum post count before it activates, but yes we have a PM system even if you can't see or use it yet

Yes if your deemed to be a spammer your Banned and your IP is reported to the relevant Data Bases, same as all new registrations are checked against pre-mentioned Data Bases, obviously their are a ways around every automated system, but then we take great pleasure in Manually banning the few, unfortunately the PM system created a new challenge as we have no access to content unless included in a conversation, but after a quick debate we imposed a minimum post count before it becomes active for new members, which seems so far to have resolved the issue. :)

But we do have an excellent staff membership here and action is taken about complaints and reports, and we do understand the complexities of the English language and so understand a comment can be read by one person in one way could be read by another as offensive, but in such cases an apology, shake hands and play nice normal resolves most issue's.

we also assume that new members haven't read the rules and will inevitably break some when they start posting, in which case a quick PM pointing out the infringement normally resolves the problem. :)

so don't be scared to make a post, were not going to take action against accidental mistakes
