Can anyone tell me how to turn off Microsoft narrator it's driving me mad?

Control Panel>Ease of Access Center>Use the computer without a display

You will see where you can turn off Narrator there.

Narrator cannot be stoped. You have to live with it o rbuy a 3d party
utility which disables audio altogether
