Hello i'm Negimatic and recently i just built my first PC with an asus z1701 pro gaming motherboard i instead the latest bios for windows 10 64 bit and installed windows 10 but during the last bit of installation a blue screen with an error message telling me it's restarting and after that it'll restart it'll give me the windows 10 icon and the spinning orbs but then it'll give me a small box that's titled install error with "the computer restarted unexpectedly or encountered unexpected errors. Windows installation cannot proceed. To install windows, click "OK" to restart the computer, and then restart installation." and after i click OK it'll constantly go through this cycle and i'm confused. In advance i'm grateful for anybodies help.

I'd suggest you check the installation of all of your components and remove and reseat the memory sticks, making certain memory is completed seated. One end goes in first and the other snaps into place with an audible click.
