Laptop shuts down after several minutes

    it's an ssd. also uninstalling processes of programms took a long time (if it didn't already turn of before)

    Given that it's an ssd, it's very unlikely that it's the problem. This is just getting more odd by the moment.

    Did the new install ever complete?

    no, i tried the whole last day, hoping it could complete at least once so i'd knew. right now i'm on the way to an asus shop itself, so i probably have to send it in :(

    the staff just told me it's pretty sure something with the motherboard.
    is there a way to save my data without changing it?

    It depends on how you tried to re-install W10. The shop will be able to see what's on the drive.

    That's why I asked if you knew what a new install of Windows 10 entails. In your next reply, you said that you tried it.
