When I put my comp to sleep or have it set on power saving power
configuration so it goes to sleep, after a a minute or so of sleep it wakes
up. I cant find what is causing this. Any help would be appreciated.

    Hello Joe,

The items listed in the tutorial below may be able to help you
determine what may be waking up your computer. A osual culprit it the
network adapter having the "Allow to wake computer" option check in the
"Power Management" tab in the Properties page in Device Manager.

    Hope this helps,
    Shawn
