    I believe it's someone who is currently studying Parallel computing at school and has been asked to complete a number of exercises out of a book, but instead of doing them themself, they have come online to get someone else to do them.

    Which is impossible.

    Or they just think they're funny by spamming pointless things onto a forum.

    Andi you posted the problems in a tutorial seeking expert help from our members. Whatever expertise these members have they earned it in any number of ways. We will not approve that tutorial and therefore no one can read it and help you with your studies.

    DirtyPolo mentioned that it appears to be cheating. I am afraid that I have to agree. Good luck with your studies.
