hidden internet history logg?

I was just wondering if theres any posibility to review my computer's
internet history even if it's been erased with the "delet all" buton in
the options menu in internet explorer. will i need aditional software to
restore it from the hard-drive or is there any easier alternative like
some kind of "hidden" logg in windows?

You'll need to adapt that to use the info with Vista.
