    Hi, I'm going by the screen name "dobsfamily" but my name is Ella - I'm a newbie and rather a novice when it comes to troubleshooting computer problems - so thought I'd join a forum - and hopefully learn a few things along the way -

    We've been hoping you "will" for years, but your still a sucker for walking into comments that are just asking to have the mickey taken :)

    But we don't want to scare off Ella, with informal banter before she has realised we have a more lax friendly approach to running a forum than most,
