A friend of mine has a problem with her laptop, she has forgotten her password to get into her computer to open up. Anyone any suggestions?

Hi and Welcome to Computer Help Forums

As Nev has already pointed out we can not help with issues involving bypassing or getting round passwords, as you can understand we have no way of differentiating between the genuine people and the crooks, and it's a little impractical to ask you to provide proof of purchase, however I'm sure if you take your friends laptop to a shop they will be able to help ;)
