Thank you for the warm and friendly welcome I am so glad i found this I just wish i would have thought of doing this when I had my original problem then maybe i wouldnt have 2 problems now,but thats always my luck lol.I am confident that they will be solved so that is a big relief.I could not believe how much tech support costs and for such little time and with me not knowing anything about computers and having to ask so many questions i would go broke.I am truly grateful to all the people that are currently trying to help me because i know it has to be hard when i dont exactly know what i am talking about so i am probably not giving them all the correct info to figure it out and its confusing enough when your looking at it never mind trying to figure things out by what i am saying lol. So I thank everyone for their support I wish I could say I would return the favor but that would be a disaster :lol:

We like people with problems here strange we must all be mad we spend our time making money by fixing computers for people then in our spare time we do it over the internet for free lol

but then we do tend to get more interesting problems here

 

Please don't worry, Dazedandconfused ... our Experts here have infinite patience - and I can speak from honest experience. Yup, they somehow magically understood when I would say 'the black thingie', etc simply because I had no idea of the proper name. So truly, don't worry - you're in great and caring hands here!
