    Hi swordtheguy! While it must be great getting a free computer, what a headache not knowing the admin password in order to reformat it - but am sure on of our Experts will be here soon to help find a solution.

    And here, one can feel comfortable asking as many questions as needed as there is literally no problem "too small" for our Experts to be happy to help with - and do feel free to join in here, including in our Community Lounge! We're a caring group of people and I really do hope you enjoy being a member, swordtheguy - again, welcome!
