Hi and a most sincere welcome to Computer Help Forums - I couldn't help but smile in delight reading your 'robbyNeedsHelp' - love it - and it's so so true of so many of us!

And here, you honestly don't have to worry about being a Novice - in fact, our Experts are always happy to help whether the question is large or 'small' - and they truly do understand that simple, step-by-step instructions are truly helpful for members as not everyone has the same level of experience with computers. We're a caring group of people here so please never hesitate if something isn't clear or you simply need to add on to your question.

You're truly welcome here and I do hope you feel comfortable enough to pop into any existing Threads or simply start another of your own as well - including in our Community Lounge area - and if you'd like a helping hand finding your way around the site, please just let one of us know and we'll be happy to help!

    With kind thoughts,
    Mara
