Hi and a happy welcome to our Computer Help Forums,boredfriend28!

Saw your question about wanting to restore your computer back to it's 'factory condition' and please do let us know if you have decided to do a complete back-up and reformat - or simply back up and work with our Experts to tidy up the computer and getting it running cleanly once again - either way, they truly will be happy to help you.

And this is one site where no question is ever considered 'too small' - beginners and experts are all welcome here and for those of us who need a little extra helping hand (me - huge smile!), they work with us step by step, always patience and willing to help - so please do make yourself comfortable here.

And also feel free to pop into any of the existing posts, as well, including our Community Forum - or simply start another thread. Again, you're very welcome, boredfriend28!

    Kind thoughts,
    Mara
