Whats up, Joe here. My mother-in-law said she won't fix my computer unless I became a member. It's like a mystery, whodunit!:what: I have three sons that are constantly on the computer.!! They are 15, 13 and 5, so you can imagine the chaos! I like muscle cars and hot rods, oh yeah and the wife....
Now if someone can ask Cindy to fix my da** computer, PLEASE!!

I heard this was the place to come to for computer help and I'm going to need to learn, so I'm told. hahaha

    Hi bad88monte!

Gotta love your mother in law - yipee! - she sent you here! It's great to have you join us and I hope you feel free to ask anything at all about using computers.

And I can surely sympathize with your blight of 3 kids using your computer! :). For that reason alone, learning to survive computers is an 'essential' and I'm sure you'll do great. (But then on the other hand, if the computer messes up, we can always blame the kids, right? Huge smile).

Really do hope you'll just pop right in and join into any computer Thread or simply start a new one in the Community Lounge section as well!

Again, welcome bad88monte - hope you really enjoy yourself here ...

    Mara

ROFL, Please note the lack of Mother-in-Law Jokes in this thread as we have seen that Cindy does have a rather vicious side when upset, but I can't resist mentioning that she can't be as Bad as my Mother-In-Law, who can light a Bar-be-que on a rainy day (Breathes Fire, Like a Dragon lol) one day she will visit this forum and I will be deceased lol

I love Mother-in-Law jokes. In fact, I like most things that are true. :D

I would really like to meet her. The day you annoy me, I am writing a mail straight to your mother-in-law to avenge me. Then we will see how you fare in front of a fire-breathing monster. :p

Thanks for the welcome, I noticed there are some interesting areas. I thought this was all about computers. I was surprised to see the photo gallery and humor and funny pictures. They are all really great. I guess I'm going to have fun while I'm learning. Do ya hear that maaa? Learning, computer knowledge. What's a mother in law joke? ;) If I make one do you think I will get my computer fixed or not?

I agree with our Match! While most mother-in-laws don't have the power to make their computers go 'poof!', you'd better be good! :)

Glad you found the other sections on our site in addition to the computer sections, too! Have fun!

If my mother in law built it and she did, she could probably make it go poof and disappear. NOT THAT SHE WOULD. I think a funny thought and then I wonder. Nah, really it's frustrating because my D drive disappeared. It had XP on it and I'm not a Vista user. I didn't even have a user setting on C drive. How does something just disappear like that?

She might if I keep looking like the guilty culprit when something happens with the computer. I think my kids are setting me up. Apparently I'm always the last one to use it even when I'm at work.

well could be anything from a changed Bios setting to windows regisrty being corrupted by a virus, to teenagers messing LOL at least my sons at an age where I can just pick him up and move him, telling him to stay there just gets a giggle and then he runs off but I'm working on that, Glue didn't work and I've run out of nails, so I'm now thinking that a piece of bungie cord might work, well at least save me having to fetch him and put him back rofl
