So pretty much my topic title here sums me up.

I am a novice with computers, So novice that when something goes kaput i pretty much have a spazz attack. I would like to come to this site more often to learn more about Opperation systmes, and how to fix my own computer with out running around like a chicken with my head cut off.

I guess that is all there really is to say, so....

    Welcome AyameTaylor

But you recognise this and obviously want to learn.
That's the first step in learning.
    and as they say:
Never be afraid to ask a dumb question.
If you don't know the answer.... it's not dumb
    .

    Good luck with the learning.

Indeed we all start knowing nothing, learning is not just about gaining new knowledge though, it should also be about passing it on to help someone else. That gives me as much pleasure as the learning does, especially when that someone else then also passes it on. Knowledge itself should be free for all, by all means earn a living by using that knowledge if that is how you earn a wage, but pass on the knowledge to those who need it.
