    After posting on some other forums and not getting the help required or explained succintly, I came via this forum and hope it will be a source of relief and support in any problems I have.

    I've just posted my problem in the Malware area so any tips, please give them to me! :)

    So, how is this forum in regards to getting problems resolved?

    Just had my problem resolved by etavares, who was awesome in guiding me through. This forum has been bookmarked and will become the first port of call of any issues in the future! Keep up the good work to all of those who handle these technical problems!
