Is there a way to find out what keeps turning off the built in firewall? I
run Vista and get the warning every so often that the firewall is turned
off. It usually goes right back on in a moment. Ideas? Thanks....

You have reading comprehension problems. The OP asked about her firewall
and you provide completely useless information. You suggest that she ditch
Windows and the applications she uses to run that INFERIOR Ubuntu piece of
    **** that NOBODY wants.

What an IDIOT. A certifiable idiot you are. No wonder you use Ubuntu. You
    have no brains.

    Just FYI.

Yes, it runs daily and shows ok. I use AVG. I'm wondering if the firewall
gets turned off briefly while it checks for an update or while one of my
other programs is checking for an update?
