err_conection_reset

    I am running windows 10, and use three browsers: Microsoft edge, google chrome, and opera. just recently I have received this message when I am unable to connect to the internet. err_connection_reset. this occurs on all three of the browsers. in the past, when my internet service was down, for any number of reasons, I received the message, unable to connect to internet. my question is this. is this just two different ways of saying the same thing, or two specific problems?

    Yes, it is telling you that the internet connection is lost or disabled.

    How often are you having this problem?

    Are you connecting to the net via wireless or wired connection?

    Do you connect to the modem directly or through a router/switch?
    If there is a router/switch connect directly to the modem if possible connect via cable.
